Refund Policy
If you get to know the Goods are faulty and want to return them, you must contact us and seek an RMA (Return Material Authorization) within 72 hours of discovering the problem for repair, replacement or refund.
We will inspect the returned Product and, if you are eligible, we will advise you through e-mail of your options for repair, replacement, or refund within a fair time frame.
We will normally complete your requested repair, replacement, or refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you indicate whether you want the defective Product repaired or replaced, or within 14 days of the day you request a refund for the defective Product.
If you do not return the items as requested, save in the case of damaged or misdescribed goods, we may charge you a fee not to exceed the actual costs of recovering the goods.
With the refund request, all original items must be returned. i.e accessories included.
If products are not in same/resaleable condition or have been handled unduly when returned during the 14-day cooling-off period, we have the right to only give a partial refund.
When you return products within the UK using your own delivery method, after getting RMA Approved from us, and the goods are determined to be defective, we will refund up to £10 of your shipping costs.
This will only be repaid if proof of carriage expenses has been received.
In the case of refunds, we will make the refund as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after we receive any goods supplied from you, or (if earlier) 30 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or, if no goods were supplied, 30 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel this.
